Each workout utilizes a combination of weights, kettlebells, sleds, sandbags and more to keep you moving with intention from the first rep to the last. Our rotating classes focus on specific muscle groups, so you can build full-body strength and athleticism without ever burning out. Whether you’re training for a marathon or just looking to add a little spring to your step, Nike Running Studio is the ultimate place to move.

Workouts are split between the treadmill and the floor so you can hit your stride and build all the muscle needed to support it. Each class focuses on a unique element of running that supports your overall fitness. And while you push toward your unique goals, why not make it fun? Our giant NRS Pack Screen allows you to compete in immersive solo and group challenges designed to make running your favorite part of the day.

NRS Classes

Sprint

Looking for an extra burst? Sprint workouts feature short intervals at high intensities and are designed to boost acceleration, power, and speed. Dig deep and leave it out there as you blaze through the tape.

Capacity

Improve your ability to run at high intensities for extended periods of time. Capacity workouts feature medium duration blocks, with build-ups, and repeats that push your anaerobic threshold.

Endurance

Go further, faster. Endurance workouts feature extended intervals and speeds + incline builds to create strong foundations and improve efficiency over longer distance runs.
